Join certified Yoga for Osteoporosis instructors April Laxton and Betsey Wilson and learn how to correctly use the yoga poses to increase your bone density! In this 6 part series, you will receive personal instruction and encouragement to establish your own yoga for osteoporosis practice.
Saturdays 11:00am – 12:15pm $95 for all 6 sessions
October 7, 14, 21,28 and November 4 & 11th
