Turning the body upside down can stir up a wide range of emotions – fear, excitement, frustration, anxiety, apprehension and exhilaration! While headstand, shoulderstand and handstand may be the most common postures that come to mind, any posture that has the head below the pelvis can be considered an inversion. Through the use of props and careful attention to alignment, yogis can gain tremendous insight and inner wisdom by shifting their perspective and reversing gravity.

Accessible to ALL levels of practitioners. We will even be practicing restorative inversions!
