This class incorporates an eclectic mix of core work, breath awareness, yogic philosophy, and vinyasa flow – a moving meditation to access the mind-body-spirit connection and to energize and enliven the body. Instructor approval is required to attend.
Community Class- 60 min (Fridays)
This class is discounted to $5 as an offering to our community. By giving everyone a more feasible opportunity to experience yoga, we connect with more people. It’s Hot! exceeding 100 degrees, this challenging class is going to give you every opportunity to sweat. ALL LEVELS on Mon 6:30pm, Wed 9:30am, Wed 6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am.
Come explore meditation and mindfulness! No experience necessary. This 60 minute practice begins with light movement and breathwork to prepare the body and mind for meditation. This class is taught by various teachers on a rotating basis. A variety of meditation styles will be presented.

Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching. No yoga experience necessary!
For those new to yoga or for those who want to learn more detailed alignment. No experience necessary.
