HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS:
Wear loose fitting clothes which will allow you to move freely. You will be taking your shoes off. Bring a mat if you have one, if not feel free to use one of ours. Come with an open mind and see what opens up!
DO I HAVE TO BE FLEXIBLE?
No, that’s why we have yoga classes. Everybody is different and at Art of Yoga we strive to maintain a balance of strength and flexibility. With a regular yoga practice you will increase flexibility.
