A private yoga lesson allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition.
Power Flow- 60 mins

This energetic, fitness-based Vinyasa style class uses a breath-synchronized practice that flows from pose to pose, building into a series of dance-like sequences. If you are looking for more strength and toning, while meditating in motion this class is for you!
All Levels- 75 mins
(Sun 4pm, Thur 6pm)
This class is created to meet the needs of any level. Whether you are attending your first yoga class or you are already a seasoned yogi, this class will be appropriate for you. No experience required.
Vinyasa Flow – 60 mins
(Tues 11am and Tues 6:00pm)
A class to get you moving! The synchronization of breath and continuous movement make this fluid, flowing practice a great workout. Beginner to Intermediate Level.
Hot Yoga- 60-90 mins
(Mon & Wed 6:30pm, Wed 9:30am, Sat 9:00am)
It's Hot! exceeding 100 degrees, this challenging class is going to give you every opportunity to sweat. ALL LEVELS on Mon 6:30pm, Wed 9:30am, Wed 6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am.
Intermediate Yoga Jam - 90 minutes
(Fridays, 12:30pm - 2:00pm)
Come jam with Tanya! This is a challenging, upbeat and fun practice! Instructor approval is required to attend the class.

A class for those seeking healing, release and peace of mind. Monday class free to cancer survivors. No experience required.
Prenatal Yoga – 60 mins
(Thurs 4:30 pm Beginning Feb. 7, 2019)
This weekly class provides sequences and postures modified to specifically to prepare mothers for birth and connecting to baby, all while focusing on opening the hips, releasing the low back, and learning relaxing breathing techniques.
Yin Yoga - 60mins
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching. No yoga experience necessary!

Come Explore the Ethical and Philosophical Practice of yoga. Each week we’ll teach a physical and philosophical class focusing on a different topic. This donation-based class is a labor of love offering to our community. There is no obligation to pay, but we ask that if you are able, to give as freely as your spirit moves you to at the end of class.
