A private yoga lesson allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition.
All Levels- 75 mins

This class is created to meet the needs of any level. Whether you are attending your first yoga class or you are already a seasoned yogi, this class will be appropriate for you. No experience required.
Hot Yoga- 90 mins
(Mon & Wed 6:30pm, Wed 9:30am, Sat 9:00am)
It's Hot! exceeding 100 degrees, this challenging class is going to give you every opportunity to sweat. ALL LEVELS on Mon 6:30pm, Wed 9:30am, Wed 6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am.
Vinyasa Flow – 50 mins
A class to get you moving! The synchronization of breath and continuous movement make this fluid, flowing practice a great workout. Beginner to Intermediate Level.
Gentle Yoga – 60 mins
(Mon, Tues & Thurs 11 am)
A class for those seeking healing, release and peace of mind. Monday class free to cancer survivors. No experience required.
Recharge! – 60 mins
Don’t let the workweek take a tool on your mind, body and spirit! The vinyasa style class will leave you with a stronger, more flexible body, a peaceful mind and joyful spirit. All Levels, Great for beginners!
Restorative Yoga – 60 mins
A class for those seeking healing, release and peace of mind. No experience required.
Wake-Up Vinyasa Blast – 75 mins
Set the pace for the day! A vigorous align-and-flow vinyasa practice that will leave you feeling strong and energized for your day!

A 40 minute moderate paced yoga practice that will REVITALIZE, INVIGORATE & RELEASE TENSION in the body! A healthy lunch provided by Bare Roots Paleo will RENOURISH & ENRICH your body! You’ll return work mentally sharp and energized. $20 for lunch & Yoga, $10 lunch only *Must register by Sunday of each week. $20 for lunch and yoga, or use your class card for the yoga and pay $10 for lunch.
