Private Yoga Lesson - 60 mins

(By appointment only)
A private yoga lesson allows for a more intimate view into your practice. You can start a new practice, deepen your practice or spend some time working with an injury or condition.

All Levels- 75 mins

(Sun 4pm, Thur 6pm)
This class is created to meet the needs of any level. Whether you are attending your first yoga class or you are already a seasoned yogi, this class will be appropriate for you. No experience required.

Hot Yoga- 90 mins

(Mon & Wed 6:30pm, Wed 9:30am,  Sat 9:00am)
It's Hot! exceeding 100 degrees, this challenging class is going to give you every opportunity to sweat. ALL LEVELS on Mon 6:30pm, Wed 9:30am, Wed 6:30pm and Saturday 9:00am.

Vinyasa Flow – 50 mins

(Tues 6:00pm)
A class to get you moving! The synchronization of breath and continuous movement make this fluid, flowing practice a great workout. Beginner to Intermediate Level.

Gentle Yoga – 60 mins

(Mon, Tues & Thurs 11 am)
A class for those seeking healing, release and peace of mind. Monday class free to cancer survivors. No experience required.

Recharge! – 60 mins

(Thursday 4:30pm)
Don’t let the workweek take a tool on your mind, body and spirit! The hatha style class will leave you with a stronger, more flexible body, a peaceful mind and joyful spirit. All Levels, Great for beginners and those with limited mobility!

Restorative Yoga – 60 mins

(Thursday 7:30pm)
A class for those seeking healing, release and peace of mind. No experience required.

Wake-Up Vinyasa Blast – 75 mins

(Thurs 6:00am)
Set the pace for the day! A vigorous align-and-flow vinyasa practice that will leave you feeling strong and energized for your day!

(Fridays, 6pm)
We discount this class as an offering to our community. By giving everyone a more feasible opportunity to experience yoga, we connect with more people. Community allows ourselves to celebrate breakthroughs and growth, so ultimately the whole thing becomes based on a higher purpose, a deeper meaning, and a more profound goal in life—and that is consciousness. We strive to create a culture of social well being. By joining us tonight your are demonstrating your willingness to make a positive difference in your life, and inspire others to do the same. Kundalini Yoga - 60mins

(Tuesdays, 7pm)
Yogi Aftab will show you how to use Kundalini Yoga to generate healing energy, release stress and balance the self mentally and physically. You will be given tools to enhance your ability to heal both yourself and others.
About Yogi Aftab: Yogi Aftab has practiced and taught healing and Kindalini Yoga internationally for over 40 years. He received his teacher training at the Maha Deva Ashram in 1972 and pioneered the teaching of Kundalini Yoga in the Caribbean in the 1970's. He was personally taught by Sri Swami Ganapati (Kriya Yoga), Swami Satchitananda (Hatha Yoga) and Yogi Bhajan (Kundalini Yoga). He is a retired Level 3 Senior teacher with Yoga Australia.

Revitalize & Renourish – 50 mins

(Wednesdays 12:10pm)
A New Kind Of Lunch Break! Did you know just 20 minutes of moderate paced activity can increase cognitive performance, focus and memory? Art of Yoga is pleased to offer Revitalize & Renourish! A 40 minute moderate paced yoga practice that will REVITALIZE, INVIGORATE & RELEASE TENSION in the body! A healthy lunch provided by Bare Roots Paleo will RENOURISH & ENRICH your body! You’ll return work mentally sharp and energized. $20 for lunch & Yoga, $10 lunch only *Must register by Sunday of each week. $20 for lunch and yoga, or use your class card for the yoga and pay $10 for lunch.

Yin Yoga - 60mins

(Sundays, 6pm)
Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching. No yoga experience necessary!
